We have just won our very first awards for some of our chutneys, savoury jam and condiments – #Delighted!
We entered the inaugural Chutney Awards earlier this year and had competition from as far afield as New Zealand. The awards were judged blind on taste by foodies, restauranteurs and chefs: The numbers were totalled, the awards decided and today the results are in.
I opened the email this morning, clicked on the link and was delighted to find we had won four awards (all bronze) for our pumpkin chutney, courgette chutney, chilli jam and redcurrant jelly – such a lovely surprise.
We are now eagerly awaiting the feedback, because there is clearly room for improvement and we will be going for gold in 2016!
